How is the winner chosen each round?
When a round closes, a live lottery draw runs in front of all members. Every eligible member number has an equal chance, and members who already won this cycle are excluded until a new cycle begins — so everyone wins exactly once per cycle. እጣው በቀጥታ ስርጭት ይወጣል፤ በዚህ ዙር ያሸነፉ አባላት እስከ አዲስ ዙር ድረስ አይካተቱም።
What happens after I win — do I keep paying?
Yes. That is the heart of an equb: after you receive your pot you keep contributing every round until the cycle finishes, so every other member receives theirs too. Your commitment is what makes the pot possible for everyone. ካሸነፉ በኋላም ዙሩ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ መዋጮዎን መክፈል ይቀጥላሉ — ይህ የእቁብ መተማመኛ ነው።
How do I pay my contribution?
Pay with Telebirr or bank transfer, then upload your receipt in the member app. Staff verify each receipt before it counts toward the round, and you get an SMS confirmation once approved. በቴሌብር ወይም በባንክ ይክፈሉ፤ ደረሰኙን ያስገቡ፤ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ በኤስኤምኤስ ማረጋገጫ ይደርስዎታል።
What if I miss a contribution?
You will get SMS reminders before each deadline. If a payment is missed, your number is held out of that round's draw until you catch up — catch up before the next draw and you are back in. ክፍያ ካመለጠዎት እስኪከፍሉ ድረስ ከዚያ ዙር እጣ ይታገዳሉ፤ ሲከፍሉ ወዲያውኑ ይመለሳሉ።
